Congratulations everyone on the World Church of Messiah Paradise on Earth Service.
The season where the shades of green of the trees are particularly vivid has arrived.
Just now, together with all of you from throughout the country and throughout the world, we were allowed to hold this year’s Paradise on Earth Service, with Kyoshu-sama, the only existence who determines what the teaching of Meishu-sama is in Sekai Kyusei Kyo and who is the Master of Rituals and Ceremonies of Sekai Kyusei Kyo, serving as officiant. For this, I offer my most sincere and heartfelt gratitude to God, to Meishu-sama, who is one with God, and to Kyoshu-sama.
Also, Mayumi-okusama and Masaaki-sama, Kyoshu-sama’s successor, are in attendance today, so I would like to present them to you.
Mayumi-okusama, Masaaki-sama, if you may, please stand.
Thank you very much.
Later, Masaaki-sama will deliver a greeting. We greatly appreciate it.
Today, I have good news for all of you.
As I mentioned at the Grand Autumn Service last year, World Church of Messiah is pushing forward a training program called Seminário Messias (SEMES) worldwide for young staff ministers and members who wish to serve in spreading the gospel to the world. The purpose of this program is to train young staff ministers and members who have a strong desire to walk as one with Kyoshu-sama and spread the true salvation of Meishu-sama and Jesus to all of humanity.
Currently in Africa, in 11 countries including Angola, more than 50,000 members, a majority of the members of the Sekai Kyusei Kyo in Africa, led by Rev. Afonso, Head Minister of the Church in Angola, are firmly moving forward on the path of true salvation with great joy and a strong determination to walk always as one heart with Kyoshu-sama. Rev. Afonso was the first to respond to the call of SEMES from Japan, and in Angola, 10 people were selected out of many applicants in December of last year to form the first class of trainees, marking the start of the SEMES training in Angola.
The other day, we received a video showing the training from Angola, so I would like to show that to all of you together with an introduction from the 10 trainees.
Everyone, please turn your attention to the screen.
Thank you very much.
The young trainees in Angola are working very hard every day to learn Japanese, with the desire to someday come to Japan where Kyoshu-sama is, to read Kyoshu-sama’s messages and Masaaki-sama’s greetings in Japanese, and to be involved in religious activities together with the Japanese members who have been allowed to serve close to Kyoshu-sama.
As I watched the young people of Africa, a place far away from Japan, moving forward single-mindedly with their focus on Kyoshu-sama, it made me contemplate whether I have a burning passion like they do, whether I am taking it for granted that Kyoshu-sama is close to me, and whether I am taking lightly how blessed I am to be allowed to participate in the services under Kyoshu-sama as a representative of all the members around the world. Furthermore, I strongly felt that I must not be someone that would disappoint the young people of Africa. At the same time, I felt great hope and brightness for the future of the Church.
Currently, in Japan as well, after the resurrection of World Church of Messiah in February of last year, we have been allowed to have 10 new staff ministers and trainees, mainly from the younger generation, which makes me feel very hopeful for the future.
From now on, through SEMES, World Church of Messiah will welcome staff ministers and members of the younger generation from overseas Churches to Japan, and at the same time, we will also be sending people from Japan to overseas. We will actively promote the training of young people who have a burning desire to widely proclaim the true salvation of Meishu-sama to all of humanity, under Kyoshu-sama.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members from throughout Japan that are participating in the divine work of World Church of Messiah through your Donations of Light and other assistance. I would like to ask for your continued support of the training for the future, and I would also like to ask for your assistance when welcoming trainees from overseas.
As one who has been awakened to the magnitude of God’s love, strictness and forgiveness for the first time, I pledge that I will give my utmost to move forward, dreaming of the bright future that has been promised by God. I would like to do so together with members from all over the world, men and women of all ages, under Kyoshu-sama and Masaaki-sama, who are opening up this new era for us. With that, I would like to conclude my greeting.
Thank you very much.
