In the early hours of February 7, 2023, Masaaki-sama, Kyoshu-sama’s successor, and his wife, Mami-okusama, gave birth to their first son. Continuing in Meishu-sama’s direct line after Mei-sama and Miyu-sama, his third great-great-grandson has been named Mikoto.
