Meishu-sama’s and Nidai-sama’s Hymns

– Meishu-sama –

O you members chosen by God!
It is you who gather
And solidly construct a paradise on earth!

– Nidai-sama –

Ah,
No joy is greater than the joy
Of constructing a paradise on earth!

– Nidai-sama –

You, Meishu-sama, fell down seven times,
But you rose every single time.
We, too, will construct a paradise on earth
No matter how many times we might be
knocked down!

– Nidai-sama –

To construct a paradise
That is filled with love, goodness and harmony
On this very earth
Is the duty of a human being.

– Nidai-sama –

To be sad, together with You,
To be joyful, together with You—
Like this,
We construct a paradise on this earth.
We pledge this to You, O God!

Meishu-sama

I am waiting for the time
When we have constructed a paradise on earth
And all people rejoice and are happy!

Meishu-sama

People of the world,
Hurry up and come to heaven!
For I save you in this heaven
Where there is no winter or night for all eternity!

Nidai-sama’s Sacred Word

As all of you well know, Meishu-sama said that he possessed an orb of light within him. Pay close attention here. He said he possessed it; he did not say that he made the orb by himself or placed it within himself, by himself. When you come to think of it, it was actually from God that the light came. The light came from God and was flowing to Meishu-sama continuously. No matter how much light Meishu-sama used, it was endlessly refilled by God. It goes without saying that after Meishu-sama’s ascension, I received this orb of light. And it is through this orb that I impart my light to objects like divine scrolls and Ohikaris. This is also from where the power of our Johrei comes. This orb of light is of course going to be inherited by the Kyoshus of this Church from now on, too. Even with a new Kyoshu, like the third, the fourth and so on, the power of light will never weaken. I mean, this is just plain common sense.

Now that he has ascended, Meishu-sama’s soul is always well-attached to me; he is always behind me. Know this everyone: What I say is what Meishu-sama says. The direction that I indicate is the direction that Meishu-sama indicates. For anyone who cannot stand listening to it, Meishu-sama has no other choice but to cut their ties. Their fate is to naturally leave the Church. But I earnestly pray that this does not happen.

Where there is harmony, there exists a center, always. Just as world peace is established only through God at the center, the peace of an area or a church is established only through the respective chief of a missionary area or lead minister of a church being at the center. Similarly, the Church is the same as nonexistent if Kyoshu is not at the center. Since Kyoshu is the living incarnation of Meishu-sama, to say “Kyoshu-centered” is the same as saying “Meishu-sama-centered.”

Bible
Matthew 4:23–5:20

Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them. Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and the region across the Jordan followed him.

Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them.

He said:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn,

   for they will be comforted.

Blessed are the meek,

for they will inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,

   for they will be filled.

Blessed are the merciful,

for they will be shown mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart,

   for they will see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers,

for they will be called children of God.

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.”
